Open hearts, minds and wallets with your next pitch

Experts including academics, professionals and startup founders often struggle to convert their deep knowledge and complex plans into concise and compelling presentations.

They generally start out wanting to say too much, soon resorting to scripts and memorisation, rather than first focusing on what their audiences need to hear.

Our unique training methodology helps our clients distil, prioritise and shape the key points they need to make in order to achieve their intended outcomes.

We help them craft these facts and data into a memorable story that will capture and retain the audience’s interest, leaving them with a takeaway message they’ll want to share.

Testimonials

From Startup Program Managers

We’re so grateful to have you coach our teams Shahe! One of the original UNSW Founders team members. I’ve never seen such high quality advice condensed to such concise and clear guidance, and in such a supportive and nurturing manner… Can’t wait to have you back Shahe.

Joseph W. Po, Accelerator Program Manager at UNSW Founders 10x (Health)

Thank you coming in and working your magic mate! Was amazing to see you work and bring the pitches up so many levels in such a short amount of time!

Jason Whitfield, Accelerator Program Manager at UNSW Founders 10x (Synthetic Biology)

Shahe is very highly regarded at UNSW. He is the first person we turn to when we seek expert pitch support, and after having had the privilege of witnessing his sessions, I truly believe he is a magician.

One of the biggest challenges the teams have is trying to cover a lot of content in a short period of time. Shahe’s experience shines through, as he understands exactly what to include and remove. He is able to quickly point out areas with the most value and impact, shape them into compelling, engaging and emotional stories, and improve messaging, language and visuals with strong consideration of audience objections and buy-in.

Most recently, I asked Shahe to coach our top 8 teams for our Pre-accelerator Showcase. The transformation was phenomenal. I received so much positive feedback from both Shahe’s coaching sessions and from the Showcase night. Thank you Shahe! Looking forward to working with you again soon!

Beste Onay, Pre-accelerator Programs Manager at UNSW Founders

I have now had the pleasure of working with Shahe for several years. Over the past three years Shahe has been one of UNSW Founders’ leading coaches, supporting over 100 early stage startups with their business models, speaking skills and is one of the best pitch coaches around. He has led the development of UNSW Founders Roadmap, a unique and rigorous program which is a key differentiator for UNSW Founders. Shahe is a strategic thinker, deeply committed team player and an outstanding collaborator. I hope to continue to work with Shahe for a very long time to come.

Elizabeth Eastland, Former Director of UNSW Entrepreneurship

Always a solid experience. Actual legend. There is none better. Has the ability to get the best out of a founder and make them completely comfortable in an uncomfortable environment.

Phillip Doran, Program Manager at UNSW Entrepreneurship

From Academics

Over the last few years, we've engaged Metamorph Marketing to develop course materials for DESN2000. DESN2000 is the second-year undergraduate engineering design course, which around a thousand students take each year. Metamorph Marketing has been instrumental in transforming the engineering students’ ability to pitch their highly technical design solutions.

Shahe is a true pitching guru. He's able to adapt his knowledge on the fly to suit the students’ particular needs; teaching engineering students how to mediate between technical and non-technical worlds. He's thoughtful in his preparations, and always reliable in his delivery. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to other educational institutions.

From Startup Founders

Darcy Small and Brody Smith, Cofounders at Kua Coffee:

We'll never forget the time Shahe first pitched our own business back to us and, in the process, reaffirmed our belief that it was a great idea. Shahe has an uncanny ability to quickly grasp a startup's key offering, and communicate that concisely and convincingly. This knack for pitching, which we seem to have absorbed, has seen us win key clients such as Canva, and significant competitions, such as the Big Idea and the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards.

Our sessions with Shahe come with a side of mentoring, and we've always found his insights to be both actionable and impactful. To this day, we continue to call on Kua's first pitch coach to share our most exciting wins and most daunting challenges. We owe Shahe both for encouraging us to take the plunge and guiding us through the startup journey.

Shahe was incredibly impactful for my pitching and strategic thinking. He asks the questions I needed to hear but didn’t want to face!

Joseph Harris, HealthTech Founder

Shahe is one of the best wordsmiths I've ever encountered, if not the best. My advice: when he talks and helps you craft your pitch... write every single word down, verbatim - it's truly gold dust! Shahe has helped us with virtually all our communications... from delivering startup pitches to writing enterprise proposals. Now we're a growing, venture capital-backed startup!

Rob Hua, Cofounder at Lumaway

As the CEO of a MedTech startup, I received pitch coaching from Shahe to prepare for prestigious pitch events and competitions. Shahe’s coaching was excellent because he took the time to understand our business and what we wanted to present. He helped us improve our pitch enormously without imposing his words or style. He has a lot of experience, which was very useful to suggest impactful presentations for different audiences. Shahe was very patient and an excellent coach. His guidance definitely helped us create a great pitch that the audience understood and loved.

Dr Romaric Bouveret, MedTech Startup Cofounder

As young co-founders with limited time and experience, Shahe's coaching and feedback was invaluable. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and pitching experience truly make him shine as a coach. We couldn't recommend him more.

He was super kind but direct and helped me recognise that sticking to the core of what I was doing was better than trying to satisfy "many masters."

Shahe is brilliant.

Our Network

Creative Services

Slide and handout design, live and animated video production (and much more) to support your next pitch or presentation.

Being integrated with a content marketing company, we offer something many pure training companies do not; the ability to get “hands-on” and assist you with actual creative production.

Too often a strong speaker is let down by poor visual aids and other supporting collateral. With us, startup, SME and corporate clients can access a wide-range of ancillary services, including: branding, video production, sales and presentation collateral, photography, copywriting and much more.

Through our add-on support services, we can consider the overall communication (beyond the spoken component) and ensure every aspect is both consistent and optimised for maximum value creation.
